Forgot to cancel refunds

Automatic refunds are allowed only for an automatic renewal when:
• the customer has no previous subscription refund
• monthly: requested within 7 days
• annual: requested within 30 days and below $500

Enterprise and contract subscriptions always need manager approval.
Any exception must include the account, renewal date, amount, and reason.
