Terms of Service
Version 1.2 · Effective date: August 10, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Typenode, Inc. (“Typenode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of typenode.ai, app.typenode.ai, the Typenode MCP server, and related services (together, the “Services”). By submitting an Early Access application with the affirmative Terms checkbox, or by using the Services after admission, you agree to these Terms. Creating an account alone does not constitute agreement. Do not submit an application or use the Services if you do not agree.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. If you use the Services for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
2. Founder Early Access
The current version of the Platform is offered through a controlled Founder Early Access programme. Creating an account does not create a workspace or entitle you to product access. After you verify your email address, you may submit one application for manual review.
We decide whether and when to admit applicants. We may limit the number of founders we admit so that we can provide hands-on support. A pending application is not a promise of admission, service level, capacity, availability, or a future commercial offer. You can contact us about your application at hello@typenode.ai.
If admitted, we create one workspace for you. Early Access is intended for the admitted founder’s own use. We do not offer invitations, shared workspaces, or team administration in this programme unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
3. Access, Grant, and No Commerce
On admission, we may make a limited Early Access grant available for the workspace. The standard grant is 1,000 workflow-execution credits and expires at the end of the partial UTC admission day plus seven full UTC days. A workflow execution start consumes one execution credit. We may extend, pause, reduce, or end access in our discretion, including to protect the Services or manage the programme.
The grant is promotional, personal to the admitted workspace, non-transferable, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for money, services, or a refund. Unused credits expire with the grant. The Platform currently has no paid plan, card collection, checkout, automatic renewal, or automatic conversion to a paid service. If we later offer paid access, it will require separate notice and any applicable terms before you are charged.
Access is subject to the capabilities we make available for Early Access and to your continuing compliance with these Terms. We may change or remove an Early Access capability without creating an obligation to provide it later.
4. Account and Security
Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly at security@typenode.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for ensuring the information in your application is accurate and not misleading.
Do not share your account, use another person’s account, or attempt to bypass an access limit, admission decision, or product policy.
5. Your Content and External Services
You retain your rights in the workflows, configurations, instructions, data, and credentials you provide to the Services (“User Content”). You grant us the limited right to host, process, transmit, and display User Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services.
You are responsible for obtaining all permissions, notices, and legal bases needed to use User Content and any connected external service. Do not provide credentials or data that you are not authorised to use. External services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; Typenode is not responsible for their availability, acts, or omissions.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to:
- break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
- introduce malware, interfere with the Services, or evade security controls;
- access data, accounts, or systems without authorisation;
- process highly sensitive data or make high-impact automated decisions without appropriate human review and safeguards; or
- use the Services in a way that could harm people, infrastructure, or Typenode.
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Services.
7. Intellectual Property and Feedback
Typenode and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including their software, documentation, names, and logos. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your approved access period.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Typenode a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of your User Content.
8. Early Access Disclaimer
Early Access is experimental and may be incomplete, changed, interrupted, or withdrawn at any time. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs and execution effects before relying on them. Do not use Early Access for life-critical, safety- critical, or other high-risk activities where an error could cause material harm.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Typenode and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Services will not exceed USD $100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may ask us to delete your application or account through the contact routes in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk for the Services or others, or if we end the Early Access programme.
On termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute provisions, remain in effect.
11. Changes, Law, and Contact
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. We will post the updated version and effective date here. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, subject to any mandatory law that requires a different process.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law in your place of residence applies. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory law gives you a different forum.
